No. All you need is a desire to set goals and develop strategies to reach them.

Coaching is more forward-looking and goal-focused. Clients identify their specific goals and develop strategies in tandem with a coach to attain those goals.

No. You choose how long you want to be coached. Some clients are looking only for a few sessions. Others prefer to work for longer periods and receive ongoing support.
Absolutely. Students who work with me often talk through their homework load or specific projects. We prioritize and “chunk” work together, breaking down the work into manageable chunks. Then we work in tandem to set goals and develop targeted strategies to reach those goals.
